Eligibility for Collection

• Collection is available only for confirmed and fully paid orders.

• Orders must be placed and paid for online before collection.

• Walk-in purchases without prior online orders are not permitted.

Collection Process

1. Place your order on the Merc Nation website.

2. Complete payment through the website.

3. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

4. Collect your order at the designated address during approved collection times.

Customers will be notified once the order is ready. Do not arrive before receiving confirmation.

Identification & Proof of Collection

• Customers must present valid identification when collecting an order.

• Proof of order (order number or confirmation email) is required.

• If a third party is collecting on your behalf, you are required to provide prior written notification and identification.

Collection Times

• Collection is available during standard business hours.

• Collection times may vary based on order volume, supplier availability, or operational requirements.

• Late or unscheduled collections may be declined.

Order Inspection at Collection

• Customers are encouraged to inspect items at the time of collection.

• Once an order has been collected and signed for, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

Storage & Uncollected Orders

• Merc Nation reserves the right to cancel uncollected orders after extended periods, subject to internal review.

• Merc Nation is not responsible for damage or loss once the order has been collected.

• Customers are responsible for securing and transporting collected items safely.
